As a Content Director, you will lead our creative voice and help us share the charm of our service with the world. 【Role & Responsibilities】 1. Creative Direction & Strategy 　・Trend-Spotting: 　　Identify viral hooks and trends to direct high-impact video concepts. 　・Content Planning: 　　 Crafting engaging narratives and series that keep viewers watching until the very end. 2. On-Camera Performance & Hosting (Key Role) 　・Be the Face of bossjob: You will actively appear in our videos as a main creator/host. 　・Collaborative Filming: Act and film alongside our marketing team and 　　international employees to showcase our authentic office culture. 3. Editing & Publishing Oversight 　・Mobile-First Editing: 　　Using CapCut to produce fast-paced, catchy videos optimized for mobile viewing. 　・Account Management: 　　Overseeing daily uploads and analyzing engagement to improve performance. What You’ll Be Directing & Starring In 　・Employee Spotlights: Fun, high-energy interview clips with our international team. 　・"Life in Japan" Content: Relatable and humorous "Working in Japan" skits. 　・Product Features: Introducing bossjob’s latest tools through engaging storytelling. 自社サービス「bossjob」の公式SNSアカウント（主にTikTok、Facebook、Instagram）の運用全般をお任せします。 ・動画コンテンツの企画・構成： 視聴者の目を引くトレンドを取り入れた動画のネタ探し。 ・撮影・出演： マーケティングメンバーや社員と一緒に、あなた自身もモデルとして動画に出演していただきます！ ・編集： CapCutを使用した、スマホで見やすいテンポの良い動画制作。 ・投稿・運用： 毎日の更新作業。 発信内容の例 ・外国人社員へのインタビュー動画 ・オフィスの日常風景や「日本で働くあるある」ネタ ・bossjobの便利な機能紹介
