Backend Engineer (Python) | Build Diverse Solutions for High-Growth Clients 【Job Description】 As a Backend, you will play a key role in developing high-impact systems for our clients, ranging from innovative startups to large enterprises. You won’t just be writing code; you will be a technical partner to our clients, helping them choose the right architecture and tech stack to solve their unique business challenges. Key Responsibilities: ・Design and develop robust, scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask). ・Architect and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs to power modern web and mobile applications. ・Design efficient database schemas and optimize query performance (SQL/NoSQL). ・Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Designers, Frontend Engineers) to deliver high-quality products. ・Lead technical decision-making and mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices. ・Leverage cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) to build secure and scalable infrastructure. Example Projects： ・Fintech: Building a real-time transaction processing engine using FastAPI and AWS Lambda. ・HealthTech: Developing a secure data management platform for a healthcare provider using Django and PostgreSQL. ・E-commerce: Architecting a high-traffic recommendation API with Python and Redis.
