Infrastructure Engineer / SRE (AWS Migration & Management) You will be responsible for the design, construction, and operation of the infrastructure for our flagship Web services. Your mission includes ensuring infrastructure stability and enhancing security, as well as leading the migration from on-premise environments to AWS in collaboration with external partners. We are looking for a leader who can not only contribute technically but also manage the infrastructure team, handle recruitment, and mentor team members. 【Key Responsibilities】 ・Infrastructure Design & Operations: Design and manage cloud (AWS) and server infrastructure (OS/Middleware). ・Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, Itamae, or Ansible. ・DevOps Improvement: Enhance CI/CD pipelines and accelerate deployment processes. ・Monitoring: Build and operate monitoring environments for fault detection and capacity planning. ・Management: Lead the infrastructure team, manage hiring, and provide mentorship. 【Working Conditions】 ・Location: Project-based relocation across Japan. 【About bossjob Agent】 bossjob Agent is a recruitment service born from "Bossjob," a global job platform used by over 6 million people in 19 countries.
