AI Solution Architect / Engineer Beyond traditional outsourced development, you will join our clients as a strategic partner, participating from the initial planning phase to define "what AI can achieve. " You will lead the entire lifecycle—from rapid PoC development using cutting-edge AI (Generative AI, LLMs, etc.) to production-scale optimization and supporting clients in building their own in-house AI capabilities. 【Key Responsibilities】 ・Planning & PoC Development: 　　Propose AI use cases tailored to client needs and develop rapid prototypes. ・AI Implementation: 　　Design optimal interfaces (Conversational UI/UX) and build data integration pipelines with existing systems. ・Project Management: 　　Formulate development roadmaps and manage consensus-building with stakeholders (from executives to end-users). ・Evaluation & Optimization: 　　Set accuracy KPIs and continuously improve quality through prompt engineering and fine-tuning. 【Tech Stack】 ・Languages: Python, TypeScript ・Frontend: React ・Backend: Flask ・Database: PostgreSQL (RDS), MySQL ・Infrastructure: Azure, AWS, GCP (Selected per project) 【About bossjob Agent 】 bossjob Agent is a recruitment service born from “bossjob," a global job platform used by over 6 million people in 19 countries.
