- 勤務形態：シフト制 実働時間：1日あたり8時間 平均勤務日数：1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日 ▼ Shift Patterns Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM ▼ Off-Season (January–February, June–September) Mainly assigned to Shift 1. Focus on service development, training, and expanding partnerships. Employees are encouraged to take long paid vacations during this period. ▼ Peak Season (March–May, October–December) Mainly assigned to Shift 2. Focus on guest service and delivering top-level hospitality.

▼ Days Off Full 5-day workweek (shift-based) Annual holidays: 104–106 days (depending on shift schedule) With full use of paid and special leave, most employees enjoy 124–126+ days off per year ▼ Paid Leave 10 days granted after 6 months of employment Paid leave usage rate: nearly 100% ▼ Special Leave System From 2025 onward, those who take 3 consecutive paid leave days will receive 2 extra special leave days, up to 3 times per year (total 6 days) Additionally, 1 special leave day is granted in Feb, June, Sept, and Dec during the off-season (total 4 days/year) ▼ Workstyle Flexibility Upon meeting internal criteria, 3-day or 4-day work weeks may be available.
