- 勤務形態:シフト制 実働時間:1日あたり8時間 平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日 ▼ Shift Patterns Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM ▼ Off-Season (January–February, June–September) Mainly assigned to Shift 1. Focus on service development, training, and expanding partnerships. Employees are encouraged to take long paid vacations during this period. ▼ Peak Season (March–May, October–December) Mainly assigned to Shift 2. Focus on guest service and delivering top-level hospitality.
