【Required Qualifications】 ・Minimum 1 year of experience using power racks and Smith machines ・Someone who genuinely enjoys personal growth and seeing clients change ・JLPT N3 or higher 【Preferred Qualifications】 ・Fitness certifications (NSCA, NESTA, JATI, AT, etc.) ・National licenses (Physical Therapist, Judo Therapist, etc.) ・Experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor 【Ideal Candidate Profile】 ・Highly motivated and eager to continuously learn ・Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport ・Responsible and capable of independently managing the studio ・Training experience (coaching experience is a plus) About This Position This is a full-time employee position, not freelance or contract work.
