★What We Do Our students learn English naturally through engaging lessons and creative play. We focus on literacy and communication, helping children build confidence in expressing themselves in a second language. In addition to our kindergarten program, we offer afternoon classes for graduates and returnee students. These include exciting subjects like S.T.E.A.M., Science, Critical Thinking, and Shop class, where creativity and curiosity shine. At La Porte International School, we believe that learning should be joyful, creative, and full of discovery, for both children and teachers! We’re an English-immersion kindergarten where students explore subjects like Math, Science, and English through hands-on, interactive lessons that make every day exciting. We’re now looking for enthusiastic, caring, and reliable teachers to join our warm and supportive team. You should be a native English speaker or have a similar level of fluency in English. We care more about your desire to work with small children, and your ability to create a nurturing environment rather than your coutry of origin. Our friendly international staff currently includes teachers from Japan, the U.S.A., the Philippines, South Africa, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, and New Zealand.
