【業務委託】Finance Manager (Freelance)／Experienced Cost Controller

We are seeking a Finance Manager / Cost Controller for an international sporting event to be held in Aichi in 2026. This role will play a key part in overseeing budget management and cost control across the project, working closely with internal teams and external partners to support successful event delivery. Position: Finance Manager / Cost Controller Starting Date: Immediately Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor Salary: JPY 30,000 per day Work Location: Hybrid (remote work and Nagoya office) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Required Language Skills: English (business level) Required Experience: Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or cost control <Key Responsibilities> -Develop and manage the overall project budget -Monitor actual costs, analyze variances, and control expenditures -Coordinate cost-related matters with internal departments and external vendors -Manage estimates, invoices, and payment-related documentation -Prepare regular financial reports and provide updates to stakeholders -Communicate effectively in English with international teams and vendors -Handle other finance- and administration-related tasks as required throughout the project lifecycle <Preferred Profile> -Experience in international projects or large-scale events -Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities -Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment -Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced project setting
