We are looking for a Kitchen Manager at our cafeteria in International School located in Kita-ward, Tokyo. 【Essential Functions】 ・Cooking from Scratch with love ・Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes. ・Creating monthly menus ・Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness. ・Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders. ・Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and guests. [Requirement] ・Minimum 2 years in a similar position or 5 years as a senior cook. ・Knowledge of computers is a plus. ・Knowledge of Japanese language is a plus ・Must have a valid visa to work in Japan. ・Willingness to learn and be motivated. ・Must be good with children. ・Must be punctual and be a team player.
