This is an opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, cook fresh meals from scratch, and contribute to a positive dining experience for students and educators from around the world — all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Expected Start Date: Mid-August 2026 The successful candidate is expected to start working from mid-August (around August 13th). Specific onboarding dates will be discussed and finalized upon job offer. 【Essential Functions】 ・Cooking from Scratch with love ・Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes. ・Creating monthly menus ・Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness. ・Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders. ・Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and guests. [Requirement] ・Minimum 2 years of cooking experience (Japanese cuisine) ・Knowledge of Japanese language is a plus ・Must have a valid visa to work in Japan. ・Willingness to learn and be motivated. ・Must be good with children. ・Must be punctual and be a team player.
